Return & Exchange
• Customers can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving the product.
• If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or digital wallet.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement.
